Brion Lindseth began his career working as a Certified Public Accountant with KPMG, Peat Marwick before returning to law school. Brion engaged in a transactional law practice with a regional firm before starting his own firm, KLB Business Law, P.C., where he structured and closed hundreds of transactions. Brion’s law practice focused on large, complex real estate and M&A transactions. For the last 20 years, Brion has structured, operated, managed, and been a principal in and for dozens of businesses primarily engaged in the development, operation, and management of real estate. Jon Leach is the co-founder of Loenbro, Inc., an oil and gas construction company based out of north central Montana. Loenbro, Inc., which started in 1998, now employs over 1,100 employees in Colorado, North Dakota, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming. Jon has been called an innovator in the industry and he attributes his success to his humble country upbringing that valued hard work, integrity, and putting God first. In 2014 and 2015, Loenbro, Inc. was awarded the Oil and Gas Construction Company of the Year. In 2015, ENR recognized Loenbro, Inc. as a Top 400 Contractor, listing it as #324 in the U.S. In October 2018, Loenbro, Inc. was acquired by Tailwind Capital, and Jon currently serves on the board of directors. For the last 20 years, Jon has also been heavily involved in mixed use commercial and industrial real estate development in Montana, North Dakota and Wyoming. Jon's real estate activities include development and oversight of over 30 Million dollars in real estate. Jon is a philanthropist and long time community supporter of the local Christian church, missions, healthcare, education and founder of various non-profit organizations that target meeting the needs of the hungry and homeless.

With a keen eye for opportunity and talent, Paul Leach has over 20 years of successfully building businesses and being involved in real estate activities. In 1998, Paul co-founded Loenbro, Inc, which was included in the Inc, 5000 Fasted Growing Company List and the ENR Top 400 Contractor List. After growing the company to over a 1000 employees, Loenbro, Inc. was acquired by Tailwind Capital in 2018, and Paul now sits on the board of directors. For the past two decades, Paul has been involved in the construction and design of real estate development in North Dakota, Wyoming, and his home state of Montana. His real estate holdings are currently exceeding $30 million.
