FEDERAL COURTHOUSE

Big Sky Select owns and operates a Federal Courthouse (“Courthouse”) located on the banks of the Missouri River in downtown Great Falls, Montana. The Courthouse was constructed in 2007 and is subject to a long-term triple net lease.

MILWAUKEE STATION

Big Sky Select owns and operates a fully renovated 1914 train depot containing nearly 20,000 square feet of Class A commercial leased space. The Milwaukee Station also sits on the banks of the Missouri River in downtown Great Falls, Montana and is listed on the National Registry of Historic Places. The average historic tenancy of the commercial tenants in the Milwaukee Station exceeds 15 years.

Big Sky Select owns and operates a fully renovated 1917 historic building containing almost 19,000 square feet of Class A commercial space which is currently leased to a variety of governmental tenants. The Lee Forest building was last renovated in 2008 and is located in downtown Great Falls, Montana.
